    This American Chinese food restaurant will not be to everyone's taste. the sauces are very sweet, and not very distinctive. the reason that Chan's gets 4 stars is two reasons: 1) the portions are mountainous. We got food to go and it fed us for days. 2) The get on the chicken is good and crisp. I like some crunch and chew to my fried foods, and they make it just how I like it. I get the sauce on the side, and enjoy the feast. The fried shrimp appetizers are best described as shrimp doughnuts and are completely unique in my experience. This is not a sophisticated food experience, but I will be back.

    Stopped here on the way home from Jay peak. Surprisingly the food was really good, the portions were huge.
